This was a quick and dirty vid made mostly to practice the use of motion in vidding; as a new vidder I felt that was something I could really use practice in and, as such, Touched The Sun was born. The vid itself is instrumental, save some indistinct vocals, and intersplices the events of two episodes -- Pilot and Sniper Zero -- in what I hope looks like some sort of narrative form. I very consciously shied away from a character vid at this stage because Numb3rs is, like The West Wing or anything by Joss Whedon ever, a show of much speaking and talky face is hard enough to avoid as is.

My goals for this vid weren't very high, except in so much as I was aiming to make something that could stand up against merryish's Numb3rs vid Someone You Might Have Been. I don't think I did but despite that I'm happy with the results given that this is my second computer-source edited (I miss manual) vid ever. I will say that the special effects used in the source material itself were very helpful.

Any and all feedback, including constructive criticism, would be very much appreciated. I'm a very new vidder and there's not much I can do but improve at this stage so don't shy away from pointing out if anything seems off to you, please. Praise, of course, is accepted as well. *grins* Otherwise, enjoy!
